Colleen was excellent! I had a wonderful experience from the initial phone conversation, to the cut/color itself! I really enjoyed the shoulder massage; what a welcome surprise! Salon Elan transformed my routine "haircut appointment" into an afternoon of pampering. Thank you!!
I would have liked some suggestions on what hair products to consider. I'm not saying I want to be bullied into buying product, but I think it would have been a nice compliment if the stylist mentioned "I used this product on you today, and we do offer it for purchase if you'd like" etc. I know its a fine line, and some salons give you the "hard sell" on products .... but I feel there is a happy medium where the stylist can be an expert consultant in the process, which I appreciate, since I'm not as familiar with what works well for frizzy, curly, dry hair. ;)

I've been going to Salon Elan for 18ish years. Everyone has always been very professional. Miki has been doing my hair since the beginning and she does the best job! I always get compliments on my haircut. The head, shoulder and arm massage is a great way to start the appointment.Thanks Miki!!!

The best part is chatting with Mikie, always satisfied with my hairdo. She's gives excellent service and she is a pleasure. Also the Salon is beautiful!
